Our new range of Cut Mixes are designed to make using our delicious microgreens simple, and give you a little inspiration for how you can use them in your own dishes! Keep an eye on our socials (and here) as we upload lots of cool recipe content to help level up your cooking.

Flavour Profile:
Spicy, crunchy, fresh and full of flavour
Try it:
In stir-fry’s (add right at the end just before serving or as garnish straight on top), rice paper rolls, and any other Asian-inspired dishes.

A vibrant blend of flavourful, healthy microgreens that bring colour and add brightness to any dish.
Try it:
As a topping on breakfast meals (think avocado toast!), mixed into a poke bowl or salad, or to level up your plating game for literally everything.

Basil Genovese / Basil Purple / Parsley / Carrot / Chives / Celery / Red Vein Sorrel *
Flavour Profile:
Fragrant, floral, and rich. A delicious blend of well known herbs including the base of all soups and stews (celery, carrot, chives).
Try it:
Stirred in to pastas or risottos at the very end, mixed into salads to add zing, or added to burgers just before eating. Trust us. You’re welcome 😁

UNDERSTANDING THE SIZES
100g - equivalent of around 10-12 punnets of microgreens (depends on variety)
Measurement in salads? A 100g punnet of cut mix would be sufficient to
mix with other ingredients to make up a salad for up to 4 people
used to add flavour to 10-12 dishes
used as a garnish on up to 20 meals
50g - equivalent of around 5-6 individual punnets of microgreens (depends on variety)
Measurement in salads? A 50g punnet of cut mix would be sufficient to
mix with other ingredients to make up a salad for 2 people
used to add flavour to 5-7 dishes
used as a garnish on up to 10 meals
